Last Prince of Atlantis. Chapter 2: Rise of the Priesthood

The high priest of the Temple of the Sun was furious when he received the news that the assassin did not return with the newborn child. He was so enraged that he could not enjoy the fact that the King and Queen were dead and the rest of the Atlanteans eradicated. The loss of the child was detrimental to the Priesthood’s plans. The Priesthood needed the child’s blood to perform the final ritual that would allow their masters to reign over the people in the physical realm until the end of time.

Since the divide of the Atlanteans, the sect that held the royal bloodline had always posed a threat to the Priesthood and their shadow masters. In the beginning, the two sects lived in harmony with each other, until the sect that held the royal bloodline decided not to follow the guidance of the fallen ones, and refused to take part in the blood rituals. This caused the rift between the sects, for it was the blood of the royal linage that held the key to opening the doorway that would allow the fallen ones to come into our world at will. Soon after the rift, the royal bloodline and their follower exiled themselves.

Throughout the ages, the Priesthood attempted to raise an empire completely governed by the fallen ones. Yet, they always fell short of accomplishing their goals. The Priesthood came close with Kemet, but their deep reverence for the spiritual realm made them almost impossible to control. The pharaohs made for great puppets, but the people of Kemet were devoted to the doctrines of righteousness, and were unwilling to give into the idea of human sacrifice. The people of Kemet, through their spiritual wisdom, even began to view the worship of the sun as a symbol of God’s power on earth instead of a deity.

Later, the Sumerians and Babylonians proved to be good candidates, having made leaps and strides with the creation of a writing system and a system of time, locking themselves deeper into the material realm. Their symbolic teachings of the fallen ones, who they called the Anunnaki, were perfect for hiding the true knowledge from the average citizen of those lands. Those civilizations even used the fallen ones’ technologies passed down from the Priesthood, and created new vehicles of transportation based on the power of vibration. The Babylonians held the lineage of Nimrod, who was the first to stand against God in the days of Atlantis. Despite all of their advancements they could not withstand the rise of a young Macedonian ruler. Alexander the Great came to power and ruined all hopes of the Priesthood’s goals of being reached in the land of Babylon. The young Alexander was more consumed with his own ambitions of world domination to give into the manipulation of the Priesthood. Once that young King reached the land of Kemet, he was even more defiant and allowed one his followers to create a great library in his name which contained all the ancient secrets of alchemy, magic, and Atlantis.

Next, Carthage gave the Priesthood high hopes for creating an all-powerful kingdom. The people of that land feared and loved the gods and the Priesthood so much, that they gave their children willingly for sacrifice, which pleased the fallen ones and nearly gave them enough innocent blood to crossover without royal blood. Once the Priesthood hand picked their great general, Hannibal, they believed that their plans would finally manifest. It was not until the Romans proved to be a formidable force by defeating their beloved Hannibal, that they began to shift their sights to the growing Roman republic.

To the Priesthood’s surprise, Rome was the perfect entity in forming their totalitarian empire, capable of bringing the rest of the world to its knees. The Romans had perfected the art of war, and their advancements in distracting their people through the bloodlust of the gladiator fights and ritualist slaughter of dissenters for entertainment, laid a foundation for the Priesthood to bring forth the fallen ones.

Julius Caesar was their first controlled ruler, and once they influenced him to gather the artifacts hidden in Kemet through his union with Cleopatra, the Priesthood became unstoppable. They were even able to convince Caesar to name himself emperor and god, which lead to the destruction of the republic. The emperors after Caesar were so enamored by the idea of being god men, they were willing to do anything to keep the dissenters oppressed. The emperors of those days provided plenty of blood for the fallen ones, and gave the Priesthood the means to create a system of religion that allowed the pagan worshippers to keep their gods, while at the same time viewing the emperor as the one true god of the sun. The Priesthood then took up a new name, and started calling themselves the Priesthood of the Sun. This solidified their power over the emperor and the whole of the Roman empire.

The Priesthood’s next plan of action was to create a slave state and subdue all opposing systems of beliefs. The Hebrews of Israel were the first to fall and become slaves; their belief in the one true God above all others could not be tolerated. Only the Pharisees, who were ruthless in promoting a false ideal of holiness, could remain in positions of power in that land. The Hebrews proved to be strong in their convictions, but once the last of the dissenters committed suicide at the stronghold of Masada, the rest of the Hebrews gave into the might of Rome.

The kings of the far east also gave into the strong arm of Rome, and were promised wealth and immunity from invasion if they provided the empire with slaves, and the Priesthood with fresh sacrifices. Although the Priesthood was successful in the majority of their enterprises, there still remained small bands of Atlanteans scattered across the empire who had aspirations of educating people in the sacred knowledge of their God-given power, and returning the world to a state of harmony with both God and nature. Then in the year 1037 R.E., the Priesthood made a pact with Hassan, an Imam who ruled over the Order of Assassins. The Priesthood decided to use the powerful occult-fighting force to their advantage. With the Order of Assassins, the Priesthood had the perfect, secret killing-force to carryout the executions of all uninitiated persons who disseminated the sacred wisdom or plotted against the empire. This allowed the Priesthood to infiltrate all kingdoms and providences they did not control. The assassins knew enough of the sacred knowledge, learned from the city of David in Jerusalem, to seek out and kill as many of the members of the royal bloodline that walked the earth.

Now with the murder of the last true King and Queen, and of the last remnants of the Atlanteans who held the sacred knowledge, there was nothing standing in the Priesthood’s way of bringing their religion to the forefront for all to witness. The only thing the Priesthood needed now was the blood of the last prince to bring their true rulers to this physical realm. They would use the Order of Assassins to scour the earth until they had the last prince of Atlantis in their clutches.
